The 2014 Port Townsend Film Festival features more than 80 films in 7 theatres throughout the National Historic District, and welcomes special guests John Sayles and Maggie Renzi.

Choose from 86 independent films from 23 countries! Special guests, the godfather of independent film John Sayles and producer Maggie Renzi will be speaking after their films are screened, and at the Port Townsend High School Auditorium, Friday, September 19 at 1 pm (open to the public).

Free outdoor movies begin at 7:30 on Taylor St, sit on hay bales or bring your own chair:

  • Friday: The Secret of Roan Inish
  • Saturday: The Black Stallion
  • Sunday: Annie Hall.

Enjoy cocktails at Area 51 bar at the Pope Marine Building downtown, and devour toasted cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for a quick bite between films at the white tent on Taylor St.
