We just spent a wonderful day in PT biking the trail (Scott something?) and spending a couple hundred dollars around town. I have one complaint; the horse manure left on the trail by over 60 horse owners. (We quit counting after 60 piles!) Why is it not okay for dog owners to leave their pet’s excrement but acceptable for horse owners to leave 10 pounds of waste to be dodged? I didn’t want to put our bike tires in the vehicle to drive home. The manure has made the trail smelly and disgusting. It appeared that the horse riders elected to ride along the walking/biking trail instead of on the horse paths. Please do something or you will lose a wonderful tourist draw!
